Willis Associates, is an energetic commercial property consultancy, offering a personal and dedicated service. Derek Willis is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has 25 years experience in Commercial and Residential property. He began his career in Eastleigh but worked in Southampton for many years as an Associate Partner of a leading London based firm, until he returned to Eastleigh and established Willis Associates.

Broad experience enables Willis to deal with wide ranging issues in all sectors. In some cases commencing with acquisition, dealing with subsequent rent reviews / lettings / management and eventual disposal. Transactions are dealt with on a freehold or leasehold basis as required and all negotiations are conducted by the principal. Clients are kept informed as the task progresses by regular reporting. Each instruction is dealt with on an individual basis and the approach tailored to the specific features of the property and the clients aims. Valuation Reports of Commercial and Residential Property and Commercial Property Management is also undertaken.
