Willis Associates first letting! This village center, class A2 retail premises was let to Your Move Estate Agents in early 1999 on behalf of a private landlord.

Bevois Town, Southampton
One of a pair of Workshop / Storage units of about 3,000 square feet each. Sold to Southampton Special Purpose Workshop and KHR Ltd on behalf of seperate vendors.

Lease assigned on behalf of a multiple fashion retailer to RK Alliston. This imposing unit occupies a popular niche retail pitch just off the towns prime shopping area. The passing rental is £30,000 pa and there were about 2.5 years of the lease remaining. We also acted for the original tenant on the occasion of the last rent review.

Shirley High Street, Southampton
A prime ground floor shop unit let on behalf of an investment company to Lace Direct Ltd at a rental of £12,000 pa. We were subsequently re-instructed on the property and were successful in assigning the lease to a Hair and Nail salon.

This site is located on one of Southamptons' busiest arterial roads. We let the property, which comprises a substantial car sales forecourt plus vehicle repair / mot workshops by way of a new repairing and insuring lease.

Millbrook Industrial Estate, Southampton
We negotiated the acquisition of this warehouse of about 10,000 sq.ft for our clients own occupation. We then secured a letting of the surplus yard and workshop area to U-Drive.
