A well located listed office building on the M3/M27 motorway intersection of about 11,300 sq.ft with 60 car parking spaces. The property is let to IBM and now underlet to Langdowns Accountants. We dealt with the rent review on behalf of our clents, after acting for them in their aqcuisition of the property.

Shirley High Street, Southampton
When this property became vacant, the owners instructed Willis Associates to re-let it. A letting was concluded to a charity. We then sold the enhanced property to a private investor.

High Street, Poole
Sold on behalf of property company clients, this pair of well located properties, let to Lunn Poly and RAL Ltd. A little further along the High Street, we also sold a retail re-development site where a much enlarged unit has now been let to Bon Marche.

Horsfair Mews, Romsey
We negotiated the acquisition of this property on behalf of a self invested private pension fund (SIPP). This attractive buiding was part vacant when out clients acquired it. We were subsequently able to negotiate a new lease of the entire building to the Housing Association tenant, for a substantial term on behalf of our clients.

Well located shop in Havant Town Centre let to Currys for a further five years sold to a private investment company.  Yield in region of 8%.

Havelock Street, Swindon
Retail premises nearby the Brunel Shopping Centre, let to the Shaw Trust and sold to local investment company, following completion of rent review.
